I created the Lean Expert Academy after spending great amounts of time implementing Lean in the field. I’ve partnered with lots of different experts in Lean, like Mark Deluzio (Founder of The Danaher Business System), Jeff Liker (Author of The Toyota Way), Paul Akers (Businessman and Author of 2 Second Lean) and my dearly departed friend Norm Bodek (Founder of the Productivity Press & The Godfather of Lean). The Lean Expert Academy is designed to train Lean consultants on how to implement the exact same methodology and techniques that I use to transform any type of company or organization into a systems thinking, Lean Enterprise. The days of suboptimal results produced by command & control management models are numbered, replaced within this decade, and you are a driver in that transition. We’re at the tipping point of a new era, an era where everything that has the name “management” attached to it, will be done using systems thinking and Lean management. In case you haven’t figured it out yet, Lean Management is a way of managing that applies systems thinking to any type of organization, whether it’s involved in profit or not, service or manufacturing, accounting or production. Lean Management is about processes, and EVERYTHING is a process.

And I know for a fact, after years of being deep in the trenches of making change happen, that implementing Lean is not that hard to do. It’s actually quite easy if you follow the right steps, and my course shows you exactly how to achieve that outcome.
